Baby Jax | Escanaba Newborn Portrait Session
Jax was my first boy newborn since being in the studio – that means since April of this year! It had obviously been a while since I styled a boy session, and every time I do, I realize that I need more blues, grays, and tans in my prop stash, so I’ve been busy buying up new yarn and knitting away (you know, in all my spare time).
Jax was absolutely great for his session, too. We made it through all of the prop setups I’d planned, so we were able to add on one last pose after the parent poses – that’d be the forward-facing pose on the gray backdrop, which I’m *so* happy we got. It’s one of my favorite poses to do lately. I also was able to try out the wire bed I picked up recently. Jax just sank right into that thing, and he looked so comfortable, I hated to move him afterward. Overall I’m so happy with his entire gallery – here’s a peek for you!
